Company History
The company was initially a sole proprietor company, namely Soon Wun Hardware Co (27/90) which was established on 15th February 1990. It was then converted to a private limited company on 1st January 1997 with the company name of Soong Wung Hardware Sdn Bhd, located at Medan Jaya, Bintulu.
Soong Wung Industrial Sdn Bhd (SWI), on the other hand, is the expansion business from Soong Wung Hardware Sdn Bhd. The construction work was first commenced on September 2014 and started operation in year 2016, dealing in both retail and wholesale trade.
Nature of Business
The company is currently engaging in the business of industrial supplies and services which focusing on building materials such as rebar, pipes, fiber cement flat board (UAC – asbestos free), safety equipment, plywood, roofing and gutters, thermal protection (insulation), fencing, concrete, cement, surface finishing, electrical systems and equipment, builders hardware, fasteners, ceilings, doors and windows, ladders etc.
